4. TENDERING AND MANAGEMENT OF THE DEVELOPMENT
The aim of this stage is to receive quotes for specified works on the development of the garden award the contract to an agreed landscaper and then to ensure that you receive the development of the garden that has been agreed by you, the client and ourselves.
We manage the issuing of tender documentation (the drawings and specifications) to landscape contractors and answer their questions. Allowing them to quote accurately and on a level playing field.
The project needs timely and attentive supervision on site to achieve its full potential. This stage covers appointing a contractor, site supervision to ensure a high quality of work and materials and to solve unforeseen problems, checking for defects during the guarantee period after the work has been completed as well as agreeing the contractors interim and final accounts.
