1. INITIAL MEETING

This could be a one off consultation or it could be the first stage of the design process:

A CONSULTATION is a discussion in your garden where we find out your basic desires for the development. We will provide you with some ideas that could help you overcome design issues - hard landscaping or planting. It could also be a precursor to the full design process.



FOR THE DESIGN PROCESS, we learn about you and what you desire, we learn about the garden and this will form the brief/instructions (in conjunction with the survey mentioned below) that the design will develop from.

We then send you an estimate for our services, which will include:
Concept plans, a Master plan, Construction drawings, planting plans, managing the scope of works and the tendering process with the contractors.

From the Initial Meeting, we will need to undertake a survey. More often than not this is undertaken by a professional surveyor (unless the garden is a smaller space) and from this all details in the garden will be recorded.
