3. WORKING DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS
The aim of this stage is to create working drawings and instructions sufficient to obtain building consents and to obtain competitive quotations from landscapers.
Construction drawings
Compilation of construction drawings and technical specifications for construction and planting. (This does not include fees for professional engineering input for structural details should they be required)
Planting plans
Each plant is selected based on your preferences and the design concepts. They are then put together to provide all-year-round interest and structure. A plan showing the layout of the plants and a schedule is produced.
Scope of works and specification
This is a written set of instructions that details the construction of the garden by specifying the materials to be used and techniques to be employed.
